You rent the complete house, pure pleasure for upto 20 persons!
Weekend (2n) = € 850 in Low season, € 985 in High season
Week (7n) = € 1250 in Low season, € 1450 in High season
3 or 4 nights = Weekendprice + 30% (3 n.) or 40% (4 n.)
High season = Spring vacation, Easter vacation, july-august, Christmas vacation, Fall vacation in Belgium and Holland, and the weekends of public holidays
Christmas weekend/week = € 1345 /€ 1950; New years weekend/week = € 1745 / € 2495
Additional Costs
Village tourist tax & Energy (heating fuel, gas, electricity, water, WiFi, ...)
€ 65 per day in may -> september, € 85 per day in october -> april.
No pets
Cleaning is included!
Down payment
A down payment of 400 € confirms your reservation.
Warranty
We require 400€ warranty which will be returned after your stay.
